Grades 3-5 Rewards and Awards

Who doesn't like to be recognized for achieving goals? Kids love getting colorful coupons, and the daily, monthly, and end-of-year recognition encourages kids to keep up their good work.  We created awards and positive recognition forms that focus on the behaviors we encourage at home and school and build classroom unity.
